  • All links are manually placed and reviewed for quality before delivery.
  • Turnaround times vary by service type and are estimates, not guarantees.
  • You only pay for successful placements that meet the agreed specifications.

3. Refund Policy

Full Refund: If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days, you receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: If only part of your order is delivered, you receive a refund for undelivered links.

No Refund: Once a link is live and verified, it is considered delivered. No refunds for delivered links.

Link Removal: If a link is removed within 90 days, we replace it free of charge or issue a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@backlinksagency.com within 7 days of the issue.

4. Results Disclaimer

Rankings are not guaranteed. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including your website quality, content, competition, algorithm updates, and more.

Backlinks are one part of a larger SEO strategy. Results vary and typically take 3-6 months to show impact. We provide the backlinks; your rankings depend on your overall SEO efforts.

We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue changes. Our service is the delivery of backlinks, not ranking outcomes.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before work begins.
  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Bulk and reseller discounts are available upon request.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate URLs, anchor texts, and order details.
  • Ensure your website does not violate any laws or platform policies.
  • Review delivered reports within 7 days and report any issues promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Backlinks Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
